Bentley’s Corona Virus (CVOID-19) Update 19/06/2020

We continue to provide food and treats online and in store.

Following the government announcement to downgrade the alert level of COVID-19, we are updating our latest operating procedures. We continue to provide food and treats online and in store. We remain open, operating our normal business hours.

We continue to take every precaution necessary, to enable us to operate as normally as possible.

To do so and to minimise the risk to all, we will limit further how much time the team spend with owners.

To customers of our shop in Colchester, Essex:

* From Monday 29th June 2020, we will be allowing 2 people from the same household into the shop at any given time. Please ring the doorbell and wait for a member of staff to invite you into the shop. If you prefer, we can continue to serve you at the door as previously.

* Cash Payments will be accepted, as this will be placed in our steriliser.

* Card payments will be processed in the same manner as “over the phone” payments or contactless and a confirmation receipt given at the door if required.

*Anyone who is Self Isolating and unable to get to us will be offered a delivery service in the Colchester/Tendring Area. (10-mile radius of either)

We hope you understand our measured approach, as the health and well-being of our staff and customers is our absolute priority.
