BENTLEYS RETURNS & DELIVERY POLICY
DELIVERY
Goods will normally be despatched within one working day (Monday to Friday, Bank Holidays excluded). Upon receipt of the cleared payment your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or Courier. We aim to process all orders placed before midday for same day dispatch, but this is not always possible.
All prices on the website include FREE postage to UK Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands). Additional postage charges will be incurred for UK addresses in the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland. Certain post codes are charged at a higher tariff by couriers and these may incur an automatic delivery fee at checkout. You should normally receive your order within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery outside UK mainland addresses.
DELIVERY METHODS
Some parcels may differ from below, as each order is processed individually based on dimensions and weight, but for the majority of parcels you can expect the following:
Under 6kg – Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked*
Full tracking prior to delivery, photograph upon delivery, includes Saturday deliveries
Over 6kg – DPD Next Day* (not including weekends)
Full tracking prior to delivery, signature required unless delivery instructions are given, photograph upon delivery, weekdays only
We occasionally send larger orders via Royal Mail, so it is important to place your order a minimum of 3 days before running out of food.
Shipping to non-UK Mainland may use other couriers, dependent on rates at the time of dispatch.
*Time frames are not guaranteed and do not account for courier delays or other exceptional circumstances. It is always recommended to place your order before running too low on food, to account for weekends (no deliveries) and possible extenuating circumstances.
DAMAGED GOODS
Upon delivery please check for any damage to your package and ensure that the contents are intact.
If you spot any damage to the package or its contents or the contents is missing, please sign as “damaged” or “contents is missing”, or “unchecked” if you’re unable to check at the time of delivery.
Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your Bentley’s Dog Food, provide us with the order number, details of the problem together with when and where the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, (which ever your preference) as long as you notify Pet and Grooming Supplies Limited of your decision, we will process a return and refund within 14 days in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations.
UNDAMAGED GOODS
If your order is delivered correct and you change your mind or simply want to cancel your order, please notify Pet and Grooming Supplies Limited within 14 days. Once we have acknowledged your request to return the goods for a refund, you have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to Pet and Grooming Supplies Limited registered addressed (as listed in the contact details). You are liable for the cost and risk of loss of damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Alternatively we can arrange collection of the goods, deducting the return courier costs from your refund.
If you change your mind after you have placed an order but before delivery, we will have incurred a charge for the returned goods, this cost will be deducted from your refunded amount. Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition, please note we can only accept unopened bags.
All returned goods must be received by Pet and Grooming Supplies Limited before any refund can be issued. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible once in receipt of those goods, but please allow up to 30 days.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
